Information you give us. When you submit a search inquiry, request a proposal, or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business email, company name, the role or mandate details, and any message you include. Candidates may also provide contact details, location, a résumé or profile, career history, and availability.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect limited usage data such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions (for example, which calls-to-action are clicked). This is used in aggregate to understand and improve the Site.

Scheduling. If you book a consultation, the scheduling provider collects the information needed to confirm the meeting (such as your name, email, and selected time).

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries and provide executive search, advisory, and intelligence services;
• identify, research, and assess candidates and coordinate interviews — with AI use disclosed and human-verified, as described in our AI method;
• communicate with you about your mandate, candidates, scheduling, and next steps;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
• detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

• Service providers/processors that help us operate — for example, website hosting and analytics, communication and email tools, our workspace/CRM, scheduling, and research services — under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• To conduct a search — relevant, limited information may be shared between prospective clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and placements, subject to confidentiality;
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Meridian Search Partners, our users, or others; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

For clarity, your mobile opt-in and SMS/text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates, and are not included in the sharing described above. See "SMS / Text Messaging" below.

The Site uses privacy-conscious analytics to measure traffic and performance (such as page views and core web vitals) and a data layer for event measurement. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect some Site features. Where required, we will request consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use an AI research layer to help source and map candidates against a structured role specification. Consistent with our published AI method, every candidate is told when and how AI is used in their evaluation, a human reviews and signs off on any AI-generated score before it reaches a client, and scoring decisions are logged and auditable. AI does not make the final hiring recommendation.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first — Meridian Search Partners may send you text messages related to the request or relationship you initiated: replies to your inquiry, candidate and appointment coordination, scheduling reminders, and follow-up about your search inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We log your SMS opt-in — the mobile number, the exact consent language shown to you, the form and page, and the date and time — so we can honor your preferences and evidence your consent.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes. This SMS-consent exclusion applies even though other information you provide may be shared with the service providers that help us operate, as described in "How We Share Information."
