How we handle your fit-check answers
Who we are
Signal Path is a lead generation brand of North Bridge Path LLC, the same company behind BasePoint and Meridian Search Partners.
What we collect
The answers you give in the fit check: what your business sells, who you sell to, where you sell, how you find customers today, customer value and budget ranges, your timing, and your name, work email, company, and optionally your website, phone number and a message. We also record the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source).
Phone calls
Your phone number is optional. We only call you if you tick the box that says: “Yes, Signal Path may call me at the number above about this request. I can withdraw this anytime. Consent isn't required to work with us.” When you do, we keep a record of that exact wording, the time, the page and your IP address as proof of consent. Signal Path does not send text messages.
How we use it
To review your request, decide whether we're a fit, and reply to you. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Your answers are stored in our own systems (hosted on Vercel, with data stored in Upstash Redis) and our team is notified by email and Slack. These providers process the data only to run those services for us.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to withdraw call consent, email info@remotebasepoint.com. If you ask us not to contact you, we add your details to a do-not-contact list so it sticks.
